1. It is known that Virus HSV type 1 and HSV type 2 are the root cause of cold sores and human nerve system contains these two virus. Whenever our body defense system get week, these two viruses start their action and as a result we get cold sores. I have noticed that whenever I sleep less or don’t eat well, I used to get cold sores. However this doesn’t happen in all time. But I have seen that from my own observation.

2. In next stage the viruses causes irritation and dryness around the effected area. Affected area my be different for different people. 4. Finally the healing process get started. You will observe that new skins are growing slowly but still pain will be there. Slowly new skin will grow all over the affected area. Cold sores on lips and around nose creates the highest problematic situation. If you open your mouth, then new skin get stretched and it takes another 2-3 days for new skin to grow.
